Job summary

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate for Vendor Management & Enablement to support the CMS practice by coordinating onboarding, governance, and ongoing management of technology vendors and strategic third parties.

This role partners with CMS stakeholders, Procurement, Independence, Risk, Privacy, InfoSec, Legal/GCO, and other functions to ensure timely reviews, dependencies, and approvals are tracked across multiple governance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex requirements.
• Ability to work independently, identify next steps, and follow up on dependencies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Ability to identify risks, blockers, and decisions requiring escalation.
• Comfortable working in governance, risk, procurement, legal, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding and governance from request through approvals and onboarding.
• Coordinate NDA, BRIDGE, Independence, risk/IRA, InfoSec, PIA, AIRA, AI QRM, procurement and legal reviews.
• Coordinate questionnaires, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain onboarding lifecycle visibility and proactively identify next actions.
• Ensure required approvals and documentation are captured before progression to subsequent stages.
