Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in HR/Admin or PM tasks.
• Knowledge of change management elements: strategy, comms, readiness, training, and alignment.
• Understanding of content development basics.
• Experience in corporate settings and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality deliverables via exhaustive internal reviews.
• Drive effective client communication and build cross-location relationships.
• Support development of thought leadership, tools and methodologies.
• Assist leadership with practice growth and demand generation.
• Collaborate to build change management capability across GDS.
