Job summary

EY's Ops SME oversees vulnerability management across the organization's infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud environments. You will identify, assess, track, and remediate security vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.

Working with the AMS Lead and teams, you will prioritize risks, drive timely remediation, prepare metrics and reports, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in corporate IT/service management and security compliance.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management across enterprise systems.
• Review and analyse vulnerability scan results.
• Prioritize based on risk, severity, exploitability, and impact.
• Coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Provide vulnerability metrics and executive dashboards.
• Support audits with evidence of vulnerability controls.
