Job summary

EY Career Center is seeking an Operations Enablement Consultant (Supervising Associate) to support day-to-day review processes for coaching services and data accuracy. The role focuses on driving efficiency, following established processes, and reporting impact.

You’ll work with a network of knowledgeable colleagues and contribute to EY’s client coaching initiatives. Responsibilities include client access reviews, data governance, opportunities harvesting, survey deployment, and developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Five-plus years of related work experience
• Fluency in English, verbally and written
• Experience within talent, coaching, learning, events, finance, recruiting or resource management
• Experience working in professional services
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously

Responsibilities

• Review and process EYCC client user access requests daily.
• Maintain data integrity across the EYCC system and trackers—auditing, cleansing and reconciling data.
• Harvest opportunities for the Opportunity Marketplace and support the Opportunity Marketplace lead in initiatives, efforts, and communications.
• Support the deployment and management of EYCC client feedback surveys; consolidate results into ROI and impact reporting.
• Support the development of new career resources to be published on eycareercenter.com.
• Build and maintain reporting that leverages data analytics to identify trends.
• Support the preparation process for group coaching workshops, including participant registration and tracking, pre-work and assessment completion, materials production, logistics, and facilitator and coach support.
• Build, leverage and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across Talent and the broader firm.
• Communicate issues, progress and status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain integrity, privacy and confidentiality of EYCC data.
