Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Utilities Supervisor in Argentina to lead maintenance planning, reliability and site services across production lines. You will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role focuses on TPM execution, KPI driven management, and collaboration with Asset and Reliability teams to drive continuous improvement in a 100% on-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM steps and PM TPM tools with independent execution.
• Ability to coach line teams and align goals using PDCA.
• Experience leading line leaders and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly work schedules and allocate resources.
• Apply TPM to maximize availability and OEE; manage plant shutdowns.
• Lead maintenance teams across shifts; supervise performance and development.
• Manage contractor work and safety procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define KPIs for equipment availability, MTTR/MTBF and maintenance cost; report to management.
• Promote safety, 5S, RCA; drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Serve as technical liaison to production, quality, and engineering stakeholders.
