Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Utilities Supervisor to lead maintenance planning and execution in a 100% on-site role at our Pacheco site. You will own preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise a skilled team, and coordinate with contractors to ensure line availability and reliability.

You will apply TPM, 5S, RCA, and KPI tracking to optimize equipment performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across production services.

Qualifications

• Advanced TPM knowledge and maintenance mastery.
• Experience leading line maintenance and technical coaching.
• Strong problem solving using RCA and PDCA.
• Ability to manage KPIs for maintenance performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan (preventive, predictive, corrective).
• Plan weekly/monthly work schedules and allocate resources.
• Lead maintenance teams across shifts and coordinate contractors.
• Manage KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost, and OEE.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards in all interventions.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S in workshops and areas.
