Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or utilities supervision (food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemical, or similar industries).
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCA, and related methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and validate work performed by contractor companies, verifying compliance with standards.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs for equipment availability, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost per unit, and energy consumption.
