Job summary

The Utilities Supervisor at Mondelēz International is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of production support services and facilities at the site. You will plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, lead the maintenance team, and drive continuous improvement.

You will manage PM systems, budget for repairs & maintenance, and develop line capabilities to operate and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Experience leading line teams in a continuous production environment.
• Experience implementing TPM/RCA/5S and related KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan for all systems.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly work schedules and allocate resources.
• Apply TPM to maximize equipment availability and OEE.
• Manage contractor work and ensure safety procedures (LOTO, PPE).
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyze failure trends for improvements.
