Greif, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leader for the San Juan plant to drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with operations and suppliers, and implement TPM/TPS-aligned improvements to increase equipment reliability.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance performance across critical systems.

Formación

• Advanced or completed university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within continuous production environments, preferably plastics.
• Experience with quality management systems; ISO 9001:2015 knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate technical English preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance activities that support Lean/OPEX goals and improve plant performance.
• Manage supplier and service contracts with a focus on cost and quality optimization.
• Review maintenance KPIs monthly and lead related action plans.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team through feedback and performance management.
• Reduce mold and model changeover time using SMED principles.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety/compliance.
