Halter in Uruguay is seeking a founding Territory Manager to drive growth and customer success across the beef industry. You will be Halter’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships with farmers, executing sales strategies, and meeting ambitious targets.

You’ll be the local face of Halter, shaping early adoption and long-term partnerships in the region. You will travel frequently, collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D, and own end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Halter’s

• Value-based sales experience with opportunity creation and upselling.
• Beef industry knowledge or willingness to learn deeply.
• Front of the jersey attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success focus.

• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and expansion across channels to fill sales pipeline.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demoing, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale for satisfaction and onboarding.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups and relationships.
• Oversee customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Gather field feedback with Support, Product and R&D.
• Partner with Support teams to resolve issues promptly.
