Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating teams.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong communication and ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AP analysts, manage workload and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and validation.
• Oversee multi-country payment cycles and supplier payments.
• Ensure SOX controls are designed, tested and evidenced.
• Coordinate month-end close and AP reporting deliverables.
• Escalate complex issues and partner with Treasury, Tax and others.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system migrations.
