Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating teams, including workload management.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle.
• Clear and concise communication, with ability to present results to management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Accounts Payable analysts, managing workload and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing: receipt, validation, posting, tax and withholding calculations.
• Oversee the payment cycle for multiple countries: selection, confirmation, execution and supplier communications.
• Ensure SOX controls are designed and evidenced; coordinate audits and remediation actions.
• Coordinate month-end close and reporting deliverables for the AP team.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Supply Chain and stakeholders across countries and time zones.
