Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, onboarding, client service, or middle office function within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of onboarding requests from intake through trading readiness, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Partner with client-facing teams and clients to confirm onboarding requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., due diligence, credit, legal, operations, regulatory coverage) to drive end-to-end progress.
• Translate onboarding requirements into clear action plans with owners and target timelines, escalating risks and delays as needed.
• Drive operational readiness activities, including account and connectivity setup, data alignment, and workflow handoffs.
• Validate required regulatory coverage and applicable classifications, coordinating remediation where gaps exist.
• Track legal documentation execution status and ensure documents are activated and linked.
• Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements to make onboarding smoother, faster, and more standardized.
