Job summary

TrueML, a Argentina-based financial software company, seeks a proactive Technical Program Manager II to lead product and technology initiatives from concept to launch. This role reports to the Sr.

Director of Program & Operations and collaborates with Product & Technology to deliver strategic goals. The ideal candidate excels in facilitation, process improvement, and coordinating cross-functional agile teams to deliver complex initiatives across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in program management in software development delivery teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and Agile SDLC; ability to plan releases across multiple teams.
• Broad product/technology knowledge with system integration understanding.
• Strong cross-team coordination and collaboration skills; adapt to changing requirements.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership across large cross-functional programs and releases.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Product, Engineering, Information Security, and Legal to drive end-to-end delivery.
• Maintain visibility in Jira; track milestones and dependencies; mitigate risks and blockers.
• Lead planning and execution of high-impact programs for assigned teams.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps with Engineering and Product leaders.
• Manage team capacity and analyze impact of priority shifts against the roadmap.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning across multiple initiatives.
• Promote operational changes; drive adoption of improved processes across teams.
