Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience, with 2 in FinTech
• Ability to work across geographic time zones with all stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile based environment with multiple stakeholders
• History of cross-functional work with Product Management, Engineering, and Support

Responsibilities

• Initiation - Ensure projects have clear scope and objectives with technical assessment from the wider team
• Planning - Create and maintain a detailed delivery plan and activities to track progress, changes, updates, and scope
• Documentation - Create and maintain project documentation with support from colleagues
• Leading - Coordinate resources to ensure timely and effective execution and plan future projects
• Management - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, managing risks and dependencies
• Communication - Proactively work with extended team and customers to align objectives and expectations
• Reporting - Report on milestones, achievements, risks, and issues within PM framework and dashboard
