Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience with focus on fintech projects.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Initiation - ensure clear scope, objectives, and technical assessment.
• Planning - create and maintain delivery plans and progress tracking.
• Documentation - compile and maintain project docs with team support.
• Leading - coordinate resources for timely and effective execution.
• Management - monitor risks, issues, assumptions & dependencies to keep scope.
• Communication - align with extended team and customers on priorities and expectations.
• Reporting - report milestones, risks, and achievements within PM framework and dashboard.
