Deliverect is seeking a Technical Ops Lead for the Casablanca office to lead BillingOps and AI automation initiatives. You'll act as a senior operational leader and drive efficiency across financial processes, reporting to the CFO.

This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the Casablanca office and 2 days remote. Candidates must have 7+ years in operations, strong technical skills, and be proficient in English.

Your Impact

As the Technical Ops Lead Morocco, you will serve as the senior operational anchor of our fast‑growing Casablanca hub, acting as a hands‑on builder with a strong technical edge to drive our global AI‑driven automation strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead and technically upskill a team of 5 in the BillingOps squad, ensuring scalable financial governance while bridging the gap between local operations and global Engineering, RevOps, and Finance teams. Your work will directly redefine our operational infrastructure, eliminating manual bottlenecks and embedding AI agents directly into workflows to improve accuracy, process speed, and system reliability across the entire organization.

This is a full‑time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca, Morocco office and 2 days from the comfort of your home

What you will do:

As we scale our operations and accelerate AI‑driven automation across our support functions, we need a senior operational leader on the ground who can:

Lead the BillingOps processes (~40%)

• Manage and develop the Global BillingOps processes
• Ensure billing processes are accurate, timely, and scalable across growing transaction volumes
• Collaborate with Finance (CFO office) and RevOps on billing governance and reporting

Drive technical operations & AI automation (~25%)

• Lead the automation of billing workflows using Deliverect's internal AI tools
• Work hands‑on with the AI squad to design, test, and deploy agents that reduce manual operations
• Ensure monitoring, error handling, and operational reliability of automated processes
• Act as a technical bridge between the Morocco ops team and central Engineering / AI teams

Cross‑functional operational coordination (~25%)

• Interface with global RevOps, Finance, IT, and Engineering teams on operational topics
• Support the transition of responsibilities following organisational changes (H2 2026 restructure)
• Contribute to the Deal Desk process and help implement streamlined approval workflows
• Participate in IS (Information Systems) projects impacting the Morocco team

Reporting & operational excellence (~10%)

• Set up and maintain operational KPIs for the BillingOps team
• Produce regular reporting for Finance and RevOps leadership
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives

What you will bring:

Required

• 7+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or technical operations — ideally in a SaaS or tech‑enabled company
• A genuine technical profile: comfortable working with APIs, automation tools, AI agents and ERP systems
• Experienced in architecting internal systems and coding is essential
• Proven experience managing a team, with a hands‑on leadership style
• Strong operational rigour: you're at home in billing flows, process design, and data reconciliation
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and French would be nice
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑moving, international environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco

Nice to have

• Experience with billing operations in a subscription or transactional SaaS model
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms or automation tooling (n8n, Zapier, LLM‑based agents, etc.)
• Experience managing a local office or multi‑function operations team
