As a Technical Leader you will mentor engineers, define technical roadmaps, align modules, and steer architectural decisions while collaborating with product and operations to ensure reliability in production and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance and efficiency.
• Mentoring and leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work and staying up to date with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and be responsible for your team's code quality.
• Take an active role in your team's development with the manager.
• Align your team in a vision for modules, products, or apps.
• Plan a technical roadmap and ensure it's followed.
• Monitor the production environment and drive reliability.
• Navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proactively plan the team's code design.
• Oversee technical analysis and code reviews.
• Coach team members on technical aspects.
