As a Performance Analyst, you will investigate system behavior under real load, identify degradations, and work with development, infrastructure and support teams to reach root causes and solutions.

Formación

• Background in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable with statistics: distributions, percentiles, variance.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomous and curious.
• Able to read code and understand call paths.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate performance issues end to end and communicate findings.
• Analyze response times, throughput, and resource usage using logs, metrics and profiles.
• Act as entry point for engineering when performance questions arise.
• Validate changes with performance tests in controlled environments.
• Work on capacity and cost efficiency and preventive measures.
