Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or delivery leadership.
• Proven track record in Tech Lead or equivalent roles with project management experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform capabilities, admin/development, and integrations.
• Experience building/enabling AI agents and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or similar LLM agent-building architectures.
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge: REST/SOAP APIs and security.
• Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce, AI agent platforms, API integrations and automated workflows.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with long-term standards and governance.
• Build and enable AI agents, design prompt workflows and orchestration logic.
