AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend.

You will lead technical direction, design robust RESTful APIs, migrate toward domain-driven architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate on cloud and CI/CD practices to deliver modern solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Strong English and leadership are required. Flexible work options and a people-first culture are offered.

Formación

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring
• 6+ years in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular
• Hands-on Kafka experience
• Strong grasp of OOAD, design patterns, and architecture
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design and bounded contexts
• Extensive RESTful APIs development and consumption
• Relational DB experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate
• Backend-focused mindset with emphasis on performance and engineering practices
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
