You will champion domain-driven design, RESTful APIs, and scalable architectures, while fostering agile practices and technical excellence across the team. Remote/flextime options are available.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• 6+ years Java (Spring Boot) and Angular expertise.
• Hands-on Kafka experience and domain-driven design.
• RESTful API design and API governance.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) with JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong OOAD practices and architectural pattern awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as Squad Lead, driving delivery with high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain the Angular frontend and API integration.
• Lead architecture modernization toward domain-driven structures.
• Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, promote agile practices, and grow the team.
• Push back when needed to preserve architectural integrity.
