S&P Global Market Intelligence invites applications for a client-support role within Tax Solutions. The position focuses on handling basic client queries, delivering product demos, and ensuring a high-quality client experience across Tax Solution products.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to improve service delivery. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with Jira and Salesforce

Formación

• 0-2 years’ experience in client outreach, regulatory and compliance and financial data operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-service ethos.
• Detail oriented, team player, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and track basic client queries via Salesforce Queue with prioritized coverage.
• Respond to basic customer queries across Tax Solution products via email and digital channels.
• Deliver basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to SMEs while owning the client experience.
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and drive user adoption.
• Document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience.
