S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a junior client support specialist for the Tax Utility community. You will handle basic queries, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to improve the client experience.

We value 0-2 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and a client-service mindset. Prior Jira/Salesforce exposure is a plus, and in-person interviews at the nearest S&P Global office are required.

Formación

• 0-2 years’ experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience in Regulatory & Compliance and financial data operations is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service ethos are required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and track basic client queries and feedback via Salesforce Queue.
• Provide timely responses on basic customer queries across Tax Solution products via email and digital channels.
• Deliver basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to subject matter experts while owning the client experience.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities and drive user adoption.
• Document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience.
