S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Client Services Associate to support Tax Solutions clients. You’ll handle basic queries, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

We seek 0–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and familiarity with Jira and Salesforce. In-person interviews are required at the nearest S&P Global office.

Formación

• Experience in client outreach, regulatory & compliance and financial data operations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with a client service ethos.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and track basic client queries and feedback via Salesforce Queue.
• Provide timely responses to basic customer queries via email and other channels to maintain client satisfaction.
• Escalate middle to complex queries to SMEs while owning the overall client experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
