Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Compliance Services Representative to support client tax compliance needs, including data imports and reconciliations, and to manage regulatory deadlines. The position requires 1–2 years in client services and tax reporting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong time management, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a client support/services capacity.
• 1–2 years of experience in Tax Information Reporting (1099), ACA, Sales and Use Tax, FATCA, Unclaimed Property or Exemption Certificate Management

Responsibilities

• Deliver client services utilizing Sovos Tax Information Reporting and related software.
• Ensure compliance with applicable taxing authorities and client procedures.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues; coordinate internal departments for timely solutions.
• Support Compliance Services Associates in building domain expertise and resolving client issues.
• Track team activities to ensure timely and accurate completion; adhere to policies.
