EY is seeking a Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) to backfill a role supporting Americas Talent Team. The position focuses on HR administrative tasks across the employee life cycle, coordinating processes, and providing data-driven support to Talent Consultants.

You will handle inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate on reporting, with opportunities for engagement across global HR functions. Travel may be required as part of firm initiatives.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 3–5 years HR or technology reporting experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests with deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and participate in firm networks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Talent Consultants within Americas Talent Team.
• Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate HR processes.
• Interface with employees and handle inquiries.
• Escalate issues to a senior ATT member.
• Process and input transactions into SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate administration of HR processes (performance, promotions, variable pay, orientation, surveys, etc).
• Provide reports and data related to HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in communication flow to clients and HR team members.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
