Job summary

Innovid, a leading omnichannel ad-tech platform, seeks a Software Engineer - Insights to join a hybrid Buenos Aires team. You will contribute to full-stack development across Python/React, build scalable RESTful services, and deploy in production while collaborating closely with product managers.

The role emphasizes designing modules for a high-end product handling billions of daily transactions, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience in dynamic environments
• Experience with Python and/or React
• Strong in RESTful APIs and database design/optimization
• Advanced English (writing, speaking, reading, listening)
• B.Sc. in CS or related discipline—finished or near completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good team communication
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Carry out full stack, end-to-end development
• Participate in designing and developing Innovid’s products across multiple technologies
• Design and develop modules for a high-end product serving billions of transactions daily
• Deploy code to production and monitor application health
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality and architecture

The Impact You'll Make:

• Carry out full stack, end to end development
• Participate in designing and developing Innovid’s products in a multiple technologies, no code ownership environment
• Design and develop modules for a high-end product that serves billions of transactions a day
• Deploy your code to production
• Be responsible for the well-being of your application in production
• Work with product managers to define, prioritize and finalize features

What You'll Bring To Us:

• +3 years of development experience in highly dynamic environments.
• Experience in Python and/or React will be highly valued.
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
• A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline - Finished or at final years
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers (an advantage)

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Contributions to open-source projects
