Brainlabs is hiring a Lead Recruiter for our Buenos Aires Campus to lead the Academy program and experienced hires. You will own the end-to-end recruitment across the Argentina hub, partnering with managers to scope roles, screen candidates, and manage offers. Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will lead a TA Associate, manage internal communications, and drive recruitment process improvements to support campus growth and hiring targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment across the Argentina hub and Academy.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build profiles and job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
• Maintain an active, relevant talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activity and report on hiring outcomes to flag capacity risks.
