MetLif is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to attract, identify and hire top talent across Latin America, with a focus on Finance, Actuarial, Insurance and corporate functions. The role partners with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop hiring strategies with stakeholders, create sourcing plans, and support employer branding and workforce planning across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders in a business environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruiting, Research or other related talent acquisition function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• AI Fluency: Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, research, sourcing, and decision-making while applying sound judgment to evaluate outputs and recommendations.

The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for attracting, identifying and hiring top talent for strategic and specialized roles across Latin America. This role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions, with a particular focus on Finance, Actuarial, Insurance, and other corporate functions. Guided by our purpose and growth strategy, this position plays a critical role in enabling business success through exceptional talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the insurance and/or financial services industry.
• Experience supporting international or regional recruitment initiatives.
• Experience using advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence methodologies.
