Accenture seeks an experienced leader for Technology Strategy and Transformation – Digital Core in Argentina. You will shape technology vision, lead M&A tech workstreams, and drive Day 1 readiness and TSA planning across integrations and separations.

You’ll collaborate with C-suite teams to manage risks, costs and delivery quality during complex transactions. Ideal candidates have 8–15 years in consulting or deal advisory, MBA plus engineering background, and strong English skills.

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering careers plus).
• High proficiency of English (level C1 required).
• 8–15 years of consulting, deal advisory, technology advisory, transformation or industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Technology M&A transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and separation engagements.
• Support clients through sign-to-close planning, identifying technology risks, dependencies, synergies, and execution requirements.
• Develop Day 1 readiness strategies and support Day 1 execution planning.
• Drive technology integration and separation planning across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and operating models.
• Support IMO and SMO governance, planning, execution tracking and stakeholder management.
• Develop TSA strategies, transition plans, service schedules and TSA exit roadmaps.
• Assess technology costs, risks, synergies and implementation of dependencies associated with transactions.
• Lead teams delivering technology M&A programs, managing project financials, staffing and delivery quality.
• Develop executive-level presentations, steering committee materials, business cases and transaction-related recommendations.

In Technology Strategy and Transformation – Digital Core we help our clients shape their technological vision and execute on their digital and technology agenda. Working with the C-Suite and boards of directors, we combine one hand in technology and one hand in the business to turn their investments into exceptional, sustainable value. The Technology M&A team helps clients navigate the technology implications of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve‑outs and joint ventures. We focus on post‑signing activities — sign‑to‑close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation planning, TSA strategy and exit — delivered through Integration and Separation Management Offices (IMO/SMO), helping clients realize transaction value while managing technology risks and operational dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve‑outs and separation engagements.
• Support clients through sign-to-close planning, identifying technology risks, dependencies, synergies, and execution requirements.
• Develop Day 1 readiness strategies and support Day 1 execution planning.
• Drive technology integration and separation planning across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and operating models.
• Support IMO and SMO governance, planning, execution tracking and stakeholder management.
• Develop TSA strategies, transition plans, service schedules and TSA exit roadmaps.

Technology Domain Experience

Practical experience in at least one of the following domains, understanding how they evolve during M&A transactions, integrations and separations: IT Infrastructure & Cloud — infrastructure integration/separation, cloud migration & operating model, data center, network, hosting and end‑user computing, TSA planning and exit. ERP — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar; integration, harmonization, migration or carve‑out, incl. business process, reporting, controls and data migration impacts. Enterprise Architecture & IT Operating Model Transformation — target‑state design, application portfolio rationalization, technology roadmaps, IT operating model and governance during integrations/separations.

Strong experience in sign‑to‑close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration/separation planning, and TSA strategy or execution. Experience supporting or leading workstreams within an IMO and/or SMO. Experience in at least one domain: IT Infrastructure & Cloud, ERP, or Enterprise Architecture & IT Operating Model Transformation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and executive presentation skills; proven ability to lead teams.
