Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to source, assess, and onboard top creative talent for high-performing campaigns and UGC production. You will build strong talent pipelines, collaborate with Creative Leadership, and ensure brand-aligned output.

The role emphasizes screening calls, strong communication, and efficient onboarding across a 100% remote setup with EST-friendly hours and generous vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Manager or recruitment role.
• Proven success in hiring top creative talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with creative teams.
• Familiarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studies.
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist A-level creative talent (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.).
• Conduct screening calls to assess skill set, cultural fit, and communication capabilities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs.
• Partner with Creative Leadership to identify talent gaps and hiring priorities.
• Brief potential talent on deliverables, expectations, and creative goals.
• Manage the full talent acquisition process from outreach to onboarding.
• Use spreadsheets to organize and track talent pools.
• QC/QA submitted content to ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on creative industry trends and talent standards.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Search via Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork and similar platforms.
