Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proven sourcing experience, including creative methods beyond LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver results.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with function leaders to understand talent needs.
• Advise business leaders and coordinate with regions to meet targets.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market insights.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and University Engagement teams.
• Execute Talent Acquisition strategies on key projects.
• Ensure healthy TA processes and prioritize initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guidelines.
