ExxonMobil in Argentina is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our global recruiting team, driving talent acquisition strategies across regions and functions.

You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into high-value hiring plans, develop sourcing approaches beyond traditional platforms, and guide Hiring Managers through end-to-end recruitment while upholding our values of integrity and excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Sourcing independently and creatively beyond LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability and prioritization.
• Positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
• High integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Passionate about people and proactive in helping others.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with function leaders to understand talent strategies and hiring needs.
• Advise business leaders and coordinate with regions to meet global recruiting targets.
• Develop sourcing strategies using external insights and talent markets.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and University Engagement managers.
• Execute Talent Acquisition strategy on key projects.
• Maintain health and performance of TA processes and priorities.
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
