ExxonMobil in Argentina seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our global recruiting team. You will translate business strategy into high-impact hiring plans, partner with leaders across functions, and shape sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to influence hiring across regions, drive process improvements, and participate in international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Experience sourcing independently and creatively (beyond LinkedIn).
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, adaptability, prioritization.
• Positive attitude with problem solving and delivery.
• Integrity and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with function and capability leaders to understand talent strategies and impact on hiring needs.
• Advisor to business leaders, collaborates across regions to meet global recruiting targets.
• Develop and determine sourcing methodology for roles, including hard-to-source talent.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and University Engagement managers.
• Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy via key projects.
• Oversee health and performance of TA processes and priorities.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement of processes.

What you will do

• Partner with function and capability leaders to understand talent strategies and impact on hiring needs
• Advisor to business leaders, leverages team across regions to deliver on global recruiting targets and priorities
• Develop and determine sourcing methodology for roles, using external insights and knowledge of key talent markets, including identifying hard-to-source talent
• Provide guidance and strategic insights to Hiring Managers and University Engagement managers
• Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy via participating in key projects
• Steward health and performance of Talent Acquisition processes and key Attract Priorities in their portfolio
• Identify opportunities and drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes and guidelines

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
• Languages: Advanced English
• Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
• A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
