Bechtel Corporation in Buenos Aires seeks a Supply Chain Manager to establish and lead the end-to-end supply chain for our new Argentine office. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier engagements, and local content initiatives to support mining projects and infrastructure delivery.

Lead a cross-functional team, partner with project leadership and vendors, and ensure compliance with Bechtel standards while delivering Lean, safe, and cost-efficient procurement across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Requires 13–19 years of relevant experience depending on level.
• Experience in mining, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas sectors preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish end-to-end supply chain for the Buenos Aires office and projects.
• Drive supplier engagement, market intelligence and local-content strategies.
• Lead procurement, contracting, and vendor management to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams and external partners to ensure safe, compliant operations.
