Bechtel seeks a Supply Chain Manager to establish and lead the end-to-end supply chain function for a new Buenos Aires office, with a strong external focus on supplier engagement, market intelligence, and local content. You will drive sourcing strategies, oversee contracts and procurement for mining projects in Argentina, build supplier networks, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 13–15 years of experience (or 17–19 years)
• Experience in Project Contracts & Procurement and Supply Management in mining, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas
• Experience in office and jobsite supply chain operations
• Low-Cost Country Sourcing experience beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Implement Bechtel standards and build a qualified supplier network.
• Partner with business leaders to manage supply chain risks and enable project growth and execution.
• Establish supply chain governance and local strategy for Argentina.
• Develop local supplier networks and engage OEMs and contractors to support project execution.
• Lead procurement planning, contracting, and execution for projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to deliver objectives.
