Bechtel is seeking a high-level Supply Chain Manager to establish and lead end-to-end supply chain for a new Buenos Aires Corporate Office. The role focuses on supplier engagement, market intelligence, and building a local, resilient supply base for mining projects in Argentina.

You will manage project contracts and procurement teams, align strategies with project timelines, and collaborate with external contractors, OEMs, and logistics providers to enable successful project delivery.

Formación

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13–19 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply chain planning, budgeting and execution for projects.
• Develop local supplier networks and governance in Argentina.
• Coordinate with project controls, engineering, commercial and operations teams.
• Ensure procurement and contracts align with corporate and local requirements.
• Support proposal development and strategic planning with market insights.
• Oversee supplier qualification, onboarding and performance improvements.
• Promote ethical sourcing and regulatory compliance across supply chain.
