Bechtel is establishing a Buenos Aires corporate office and seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, contracts and supplier relations for mining projects. You will drive external engagement with contractors, OEMs, logistics providers, and local suppliers, aligning supply chain plans with project timelines and regional objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic sourcing, and governance experience in complex environments, with fluency in Spanish and English

Formación

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Project Contracts & Procurement and Supply Management in mining, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient in management tools such as Oracle, Primavera, Aconex, EBS, Unifier, ETA, PowerBi.
• Experience establishing or scaling supply chain functions in new markets or greenfield environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for projects in Argentina.
• Establish qualified supplier network and governance to support delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, contracting, and execution with engineering and construction teams.
• Manage project supply chain closeout and resolve commercial matters.
