Bechtel Corporation in Buenos Aires is seeking a senior Project Controls leader to establish and run the Project Controls function for a complex portfolio. You will guide cost engineering, estimating, cost control, forecasting, planning, and scheduling, ensuring alignment with Bechtel standards worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13–19 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Bechtel's Project Controls function in the Buenos Aires Office.
• Oversee cost engineering, estimating, cost control, forecasting, planning and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop the Project Controls team and ensure governance and risk management.
• Review project financial data, contracts, and change management as part of project delivery.
• Provide leadership aligning risk management with project procedures and corporate goals.
