Novartis Argentina seeks a Head of Supply Chain to ensure the efficiency and continuity of local supply chain processes, including demand planning, warehousing, distribution and launches, in alignment with global policies.

You will lead country SCM, manage budgets, develop talent, and partner with Finance, QA and manufacturing sites to optimize cross-functional processes and performance. Fluent in English and Spanish; university degree; 6–8 years leadership in supply chain within pharma.

Formación

• University degree required; leadership in supply chain within pharma preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Drive country-level supply chain improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, DRA, QA and other functions to optimize processes.
• Develop relationships with General Management and manufacturing sites.
• Support and participate in launches in country or cluster.
• Ensure accurate demand planning and launch setup with supply sites.
• Identify improvements and implement continuous performance plans.
• Manage budgets and expenses for assigned supply chain units and initiatives.
