Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate efforts to serve the needs of brokerage firm representatives. You will partner with Wealth Management teams to drive business results and present tailored analyses to clients.

The role requires a proven sales track record in mutual funds and retirement plans, excellent communication, and the ability to synthesize information for clear presentations.

Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in mutual fund and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology for custom analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in Retirement Plan Sales; manage Capital Client Group presence with brokerage firm representatives.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations; set and measure performance against goals.
• Sell through financial intermediaries and collaborate with senior sales force members.
