Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor in Chicago to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and collaborate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive business results. You will present to brokerage firm representatives, identify client needs, and work toward stronger Plan Sponsor outcomes.

You must have Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalents, and may hold AIF/AIFA/PPC/CIMA/CFA designations. A competitive base salary plus bonuses and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Ability to leverage technology to create custom analyses.
• Excellent communication and sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Group presence and drive results.
