Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and to coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive business results. You will present to brokerage firm representatives and build long-term client relationships across the San Francisco Bay Area.

The role requires proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plans, plus licenses (Series 7/63/66) or equivalents and relevant advanced designations.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds.
• Experience in retirement plan sales and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely.
