Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to serve brokerage firm representatives and drive business results.

You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations, and leverage a consultative skillset to sell through financial intermediaries while building long-term relationships with plan sponsors and investors.

Qualifications

• Broad sales track record in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Skilled at synthesizing information and presenting it clearly.
• Must hold Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and one or more of the listed designations.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan sales initiatives and coordinate with intermediaries.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations and meet sales targets.
• Sell through financial intermediaries and build long-term relationships.
