Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and to coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive business results with brokerage firm representatives.

You will excel at delivering motivational presentations, building long-term relationships, and selling through financial intermediaries. A Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalents) and related designations are required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with leveraging technology to create custom analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Group presence and drive results with brokerage firms.
• Sell through financial intermediaries using a consultative approach and collaborate with senior sales members to identify opportunities.
