Job summary

Evox is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to join a remote LATAM-focused performance marketing practice. You will own research, data, and draft outputs that underpin client engagements, including end-to-end work on defined projects.

You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, and build first-draft reports from briefs and templates, coordinating inputs across teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English; ability to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
