Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related roles.
• Bachelor1s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; PM tools such as MS Project or Jira are a plus.

• Manage stakeholder communications, set and manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining urgency and accountability.
• Oversee project documentation, process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Foster a positive team environment, mentor junior staff, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive project delivery, monitor milestones, and adapt plans to changing priorities.
