Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to drive execution across the DiTTO portfolio.

You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring projects stay aligned, on track, and positioned to achieve outcomes. Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you will partner with leaders across Workforce Strategy & Design, Talent Evolution, Analytics, and Operations to manage plans, governance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, program management, business operations, transformation, consulting, or related disciplines
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience developing project plans, status reporting, governance materials, and executive-ready communications
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of DiTTO priorities, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and address them proactively
• Coordinate governance, status reporting, steering committee prep, and action-tracking
• Maintain portfolio visibility on health, milestones, resources, and outcomes
• Support leadership reviews and program reporting activities
• Facilitate collaboration across business, talent, technology, and transformation teams
• Schedule and lead working sessions and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment
• Ensure clear communication of priorities, decisions, timelines, and responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to streamline PM practices and governance processes
• Develop templates, tools, and reporting to improve consistency and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement across the DiTTO portfolio management function
• Assist in developing project communications and change management plans
• Track adoption activities and support readiness for key transformations
• Keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout lifecycles
