Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) portfolio. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives to ensure alignment, on track execution, and desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management, business ops, transformation, or consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
• Experience developing project plans, status reports, governance materials, and exec-ready communications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic DiTTO priorities on time and aligned to objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and address risks, issues, dependencies.
• Coordinate governance, status reports, steering committees, decisions, actions.
• Maintain portfolio visibility on health, milestones, and resources.
• Support leadership presentations, reviews, and reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, Talent, tech, and transformation teams.
• Lead working sessions and stakeholder discussions for alignment.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline PM practices and governance.
• Develop templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support continuous improvement across DiTTO portfolio management.
• Assist in communications, change management plans, readiness activities.
• Track adoption, ensure readiness for transformations.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout lifecycles.
